| To
fix to the wall, simply apply a panel adhesive to the back and
push into place. Care is needed at the corners - you will need
to mitre - and joints as covers are not available for these.
We suggest a neat cut with a fine tooth saw and a smear of clear
silicone is the best way to finish corners and joints. Joints
and mitres can be filled using standard wood fillers if required. |

| All
surfaces should be clean and dry. We recommend sanding any previously
painted area to improve adhesion. Cut the moulding using a conventional
hacksaw with a suitable mitre block. Alternatively, use a circular
mitre saw fitted with a suitable blade used for cutting plastics.
we recommend using a liquid nails solvent free glue. Clean off
any surplus adhesive with a damp sponge. Apply normal wood or
plaster finish where necessary. Architectural 2000 can be mechanically
fixed using conventional screws or nails. On uneven surfaces
it may be necessary to use screws or nails to hold the moulding
in position; these can then be filled. Architectural 2000 white
is moisture resistant and can be used in areas of high humidity.
It is also ready to paint and does not require any preparation. |
